Specialist general surgeon and specialist in weight loss surgery. He is a founding member of the bariatric surgery clinic – Kaalukirurgia Keskus, which is the largest clinic in Estonia, the Baltics and Finland. In addition, Dr. Kaur is a founder and head of the Estonian Society of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery.
He has been involved in weight loss surgery for 16 years now, so he has seen very closely the birth, growth, and development of this specialty in Estonia and the rest of the world.
